I have been playing golf for many years now and I love the sport. So you can bet I am happy about all the golf courses Utah has to offer. There are a lot of Utah Golf Courses for you to choose from. The courses here are very challenging and beautiful at the same time.

The Sunbrook Golf course in St George is an extremely well known 27 hole course which has been named the best golf course in Utah twice. I have never been there, but you can bet that I will be taking a trip sometime soon. So if you love to golf, you will love Utah.

4. Great Fishing Lakes

Fishing Lakes such as Lake Powell and Fish Lake really make me want to take a long camping and fishing trip. There are so many great Lakes and ponds to fish at that it almost makes it sound like there are too many opportunities.

Panguitch Lake is also a lake that you have to visit as it is famous for having large fish. In fact the lake is named after an old Indian word meaning “Big Fish”. It has been known as one of the top 10 fishing destinations in North America and is definitely worth the trip.

During the winter when many of the lakes freeze Ice fishing becomes a huge sport. If you have never been Ice Fishing before you are missing out.

There are many excellent reasons to visit this state and these 4 are just a few of them. I would definitely recommend visiting Utah if you do not know where to go on your next vacation.
