Casares Del Sol is a luxurious apartment situated on the brand new development known as Casares Del Sol, one of the best complexes on the Costa del Sol, Spain. The complex is situated on a slight rise only 1 minute drive from the sea. The complex affords sweeping views over beautiful hills, pretty golf courses and the blue Mediterranean Sea. The complex is very accessible being only 25 minutes drive from Gibraltar Airport and 60 minutes from Malaga Airport.
Casares Del Sol apartment is very well presented throughout. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 persons. The master (en suite) bedroom has a king size bed while the twin bedroom has full size single beds. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes for the holiday clothes. Both bedrooms have shutters to keep the rooms cool in the ht months of summer. The apartment is fully air-conditioned / heated.
The living room is very comfortable with a corner suite, dining table and chairs and modern artwork. Supplied for your use are a TV, Sky/Free view, DVD, Video player, plus children’s games.
The kitchen is very well equipped having a hob unit, built in oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen has a kitchen table and chairs.
Casares Del Sol has two luxurious bathrooms, (1 en-suite). The en-suite has a full bath with shower over, sink unit, bidet, toilet, and large mirrors. The guest bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink unit, toilet, and large mirror. Both bathrooms are fully tiled.
Casares Del Sol complex has lovely swimming pools for your use. Relax in the sun with a book by your own community pool pool!! The nearest pool is only 15 metres away from the apartment! Life guards are on duty during peak periods.
Casares is only a short drive away from resorts such as the near by cosmopolitan Marbella where you will find fantastic designer shopping. Also close at hand are Soto Grande and Estepona. Visit the apes at Gibraltar for a bit of entertainment, which is only 25 minutes away, don’t forget your passport to enjoy duty free shopping, or Selwo Zoo again 20 minutes or so away.
If you are into sports Casares Del Sol is ideally placed since it has plenty of golf courses in the vicinity and even has its own 9 hole course, just across the road. It is next door to Finca Cortesin Golf Club where the Volvo Masters is being held during 2009!
If you do not fancy moving too far several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. More restaurants, bars and supermarkets are 5 minutes away.
